Can I Work Out After A Massage Session?

Working out after a massage is not recommended , due to the fact that your muscles are already in a relaxed state you are more prone to pulling a muscle ,or injuring yourself in other ways at that point you would be doing more harm then good. The only kind of work out you should be doing after a massage is stretching to prevent from your muscles stiffening up.
