How Do I Know I'm Getting Quality Service For Me In My Massage Session?

Everyone has different expectations within there massage , you may be the person that wants to fall asleep or just wants to talk. However you look at it you should be thinking of how it feels throughout the entire session. What you should be looking for is did my therapist make me feel relaxed , what techniques did i like and would i go back to this person again, was the pressure enough and consistent throughout the entire session. The end result will tell it all when you get off the massage table you will feel like you wanna take a nap and you don't feel any built up tension .
