IS A Full Body Massage Required?

No a full body massage is not required , you may have specific areas that are bothering you for the day that need more attention. In your initial intake the therapist will ask what areas are bothering you for the day to determine what is necessary to be worked on / what you would like to have worked on. Remember this is your session and will be customized to your needs for that day, so please feel free when the pressure is to much or just not enough, as well as feeling comfortable throughout the session . We want your experience to be memorable so you will have a place to come back to and feel relaxed and get away from everyday stressors.
